Fourth Wall of Fonons
[Jade Curtiss spends as much of the weekend as he can studying this new phenomenon. An influx of newcomers, none of them with wings... He does his best to record notes on them. And he manages to catch onto the fact that there seem to be multiples of the same person in some cases. This gives him all the more reason to avoid a most undesirable outcome.
Halfway through the first day, Jade decides to erect a sign outside of House One. One which is adorned with a photo.]

After her death, those experiments had continued. Relentlessly, trying to reproduce, to recapture something that was already gone -
and it hits her again, the fact that she's dead in his time, perhaps very soon in hers, if it hadn't already happened and she didn't remember. Time was funny like that. Time... and all things. Irony.
And then there are those emotions again, the crushing guilt, the disbelief, all of it whirling together. She remembered the death at her own hands, remembered her own resolve. His back is to her, so he can't see the ghost of a smile that appears on her lips, though is soon gone again. ]
